Life Coaching: is a personalised and collaborative process aimed at helping individuals identify and achieve their personal and professional goals. As a Life Coach I work with clients to assess their current circumstances, clarify their aspirations, and develop strategies to overcome challenges and obstacles. After an initial free assessment I will structure a personalised plan utilising the tools of NLP, Timeline Therapy and/or Hypnosis so I can empower my clients to make positive changes, enhance their self-awareness, and create a more fulfilling and purposeful life. The plan can adapt to all areas like career, relationships, personal development, time management, and overall well-being. 

 

 

NLP, or Neuro-Linguistic Programming is a powerful and effective psychological approach that explores the relationships between thoughts (neuro), language (linguistics), and patterns of behaviour (programming). It involves understanding how individuals perceive the world, communicate, and respond to stimuli. NLP techniques are used to identify and modify limiting beliefs, negative emotions, remove phobias and unproductive behaviours, ultimately promoting personal growth, improved communication, and more effective decision-making in all areas of your life.

Therapeutic hypnotherapy is a technique that uses hypnosis to facilitate therapeutic change and promote healing and positive change in individuals. Hypnosis is a state of focused attention and heightened suggestibility, during which the individual's conscious mind becomes more relaxed, and their subconscious mind becomes more open to positive suggestions, insights, and changes. Therapeutic hypnotherapy can be used as a powerful tool to address a range of issues such as: Anxiety, quit smoking, PTSD, and other negative behaviours. During hypnotherapy sessions, your coach can help you replace negative thought patterns with constructive ones, fostering a mindset that supports your goals. 

As Hypnosis is simply a state of relaxation with an alert mind, you will not be able to do anything you are not morally in alignment with. This makes the process so effective and safe without the fear of leaving the session clucking like a chicken.

Time Line Therapy ® is a powerful therapeutic process that has evolved from hypnosis and NLP, developed by Tad James, PhD in the 1980s. It was developed by applying a therapeutic process to the concept that we store our memories in a linear manner in an internal memory storage system. 

TLT provides one of the most powerful processes and techniques for personal change and growth by facilitating the elimination of the painful emotions attached to memories or events in the past. TLT also focuses on what we can learn from those events and use what we learn as a resource for the future. Time Line Therapy™ techniques and practical processes produce long-lasting transformation much quicker than conventional therapy with a minimum of discomfort to the client. Some examples of painful emotions include anger, sadness, hurt, fear and guilt.
