Shipping
We offer a flat rate of $9.95 shipping in Australia for orders under $150, free standard shipping for orders over $150. All orders are shipped within 48 hours of order, unless its the weekend in which case it will be the soonest business day. Allow 2-5 days to receive once sent. We utilise the services of Australia Post and Sendle for all our shipping.

We are happy to send our bottles internationally, please make contact as the shipping costs vary depending on weight and destination. All taxes and customs are the customers responsibility and cost.
Returns
All our crystal infused water bottles are made from hand-blown borosilicate glass which is toughened to meet changes in temperature better than normal glass. However this glass is still just as breakable and won’t tolerate boiling water, freezing or drops or blows just like any other glass item. Please handle item with care and always use protective sleeve.
Accidents do happen so we have the option for you to replace parts of your bottle so you can enjoy your Crystal Infused Water Bottle again. The naked glass bottle is $20 plus postage. If you need any other parts please make contact. Glass breakages after sale are the responsibility of the customer.
For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted on a change of mind, if you have used the bottle or handled the bottle. Please make contact if you wish to discuss.

In the unlikely event you have received a faulty bottle or parts SoZen will cover the costs of any manufacturing faults. Please email us with full details.

It is not recommend that you take your bottle to the beach, they are luxury items and the salt and sand can cause damage. Please familiarise yourself with bottle care below.
Bottle Care
When you receive your bottle is is important to give it a gentle clean. Firstly remove the lid and base and unscrew the crystal from the base (ensure not to misplace the silicone seals in the lid and base!) gently clean with water or mild soapy water, rinse, dry and put your bottle back together. As you are doing so, recharge your crystal with your good intentions, goals and aspirations. You can do this in your head or be bold and say it aloud and proud. Rock your good vibes!

the glass bottle is dishwasher safe however to ensure it lasts longer it is highly recommended you hand wash your bottle. Do not place crystal, base or lid in dishwasher.

Bamboo Bottles: These are made from genuine bamboo, so as with any timber and water they will need drying out. Ensure to take your bottle out of the black cooler sleeve to allow any moisture to dry out to avoid mould. The beach is not particularly kind to our Bamboo Crystal Infused Water bottles, the sand can scratch as well as get caught in the seals and the salt water is damaging to the bamboo. We do not recommend taking your bottles to the beach. Any returns with sand in seals will not be replaced.

If your bottle starts to leak, first check both seals are still in the lid and base, take them out and give them a good clean. If any grit gets in the seals the bottle will leak, if the seals are not in place the bottle will leak. While the beach is great for cleansing your crystals, we do not recommend you take your bottle to the beach. The sand can cause your bottle to leak and we do not cover this. You can purchase replacement seals if these have been lost.
Crystal Care
While it is important to clean your crystal it is also really important to cleanse your crystals energy as they absorb negative energy. Our favourite way to do this is to place the crystal in the full moonlight. When you bring them in the following morning be sure to recharge your crystal with your good vibes again. other ways to cleanse your crystal are a bathe in the ocean water, smudging or a geode. Do not leave Amethyst or Rose Quartz in direct sunlight, this will cause them to fade.

Our Ethos
Reduce, reuse, recycle! Mother Earth needs our help and every little bit counts! by refilling your SoZen crystal infused water bottle you are not only raising your vibration, looking cool and staying hydrated but you are reducing single use plastic water bottles going into our oceans and our lands. Go You!
Our bottles are carefully and lovingly packed into a specially designed tube and the crystal insert secured for travel. However where possible we will reuse packaging like bubble wrap or boxes to add in extra protection. These are sourced from local businesses where it would otherwise be discarded. It may not look as pretty but we think about the environment before we think of pretty bows and unnecessary wrapping. Rest assured though, we will never compromise the packaging of your beautiful bottle.
